Viewing test reports and test logs
Before you begin
Before you can view reports you must have run tests from the Execution page in the HCL OneTest Server and the tests must have run for the results to be displayed in the Results page. See Running tests.
- You must have configured the desktop client to publish the test reports of tests that run in the desktop client to the HCL OneTest Server. See Publishing test reports.
- You must have run the tests from the desktop client.
- If the test results and reports are not automatically populated in the results page of the HCL OneTest Server, then you must manually republish the test results from the desktop client to the HCL OneTest Server.
About this task
You can view the test reports and logs of the tests that were run in HCL OneTest Server by using the test assets configured in your project. Tests that ran successfully are shown as Complete under the Status column while the Verdict column displays the verdict of the test as Pass, Fail, or Inconclusive. Tests with Error verdict imply that the tests encountered an error when run.
