Accessing the software version information

As an administrator, you can access the software version information. You must provide a list of what software versions that you were running when a problem occurred to HCL support.


  1. Click the Help icon from the menu bar.
  2. Click About. The software details are displayed.
  3. Filter the list by searching by component.
  4. Click the Copy icon to copy the filtered details to a clipboard.
  5. Paste that information into a document and provide it to support as needed. For details, see Contacting HCL support.
